General Registration: Thursday, June 23 - Wednesday, July 13

The KGPR youth soccer program is a competitive recreational coed league. The program focuses on the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, and teamwork. Practices are conducted twice weekly during the pre-season (before games start). Once the games begin, coaches have the option to practice once or twice per week, depending on the availability of the coach and the availability of the team as a whole. Practices may be held at Barnesfield Park, Ralph Bunche, Cedell Brooks, Jr. Park, Sealston Sports Complex, or Hunter Field on any day Monday-Saturday (varies by coach). The volunteer coaches determine the days and times for practices (no practices before 5:30pm or later than 8:30pm). Uniforms are provided with registration, and they include 2 jerseys, socks, and shorts. The season takes place early-August through the end of October. Each team will play between 8 and 10 games. Age divisions U14 and above may play games outside King George County, including Stafford. Registrations are accepted June 1st – July 13th on a first-come, first-served basis, and any player that wishes to register after that date will be placed on a waiting list. A $20 late fee may be applied for all registrations accepted after July 13.
Coed Age Divisions:
- U6 (4 & 5 year olds) Born in: 2017 or 2018
- U8 (6 & 7 year olds) Born in: 2015 or 2016
- U10 (8 & 9 year olds) Born in: 2013 or 2014
- U12 (10 & 11 year olds) Born in: 2011 or 2012
- U14 (12 & 13 year olds) Born in: 2009 or 2010
- U16 GIRLS (14 & 15 year olds) Born in: 2007 or 2008
- U19 (14-18 year olds) Born in: 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008
Registration Dates and Cost (includes the uniform):
- Early Registration (June 1st – June 22nd):
- U6: $100
- U8/U10: $120
- U12/U14/U16 Girls/U19: $130
- General Registration (June 23rd – July 13th):
- U6: $115
- U8/U10: $135
- U12/U14/U16 Girls/U19: $145

Important Dates:
- Practices Begin: the week of August 8, 2022
- Games Begin: August 27, 2022
- Games End: October 29, 2022 (depending on the weather and the number of cancelations, season may extend to November 5, but that is the latest we will play)
