To obtain a copy of a Fire and/or EMS report, please complete a Report Request Form (PDF) and bring to Fire/Rescue Headquarters. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your request.
3. What number do I call for assistance or information during a disaster?
During a disaster you can call the Emergency Operations Center Assistance Hotline at 540-775-8950. Please note that this number is only monitored when the EOC is activated during an event.
5. How do I become a Career Firefighter/Medic with King George County?
Job openings are posted on the King George County jobs website. Details on the hiring process for a Firefighter/Medic are outlined in the Departmental SOP.
6. How do I get information on joining the Volunteer Fire Department?

8. How do I dispose of old gasoline / oil / batteries / paint / etc.?
These items may be disposed of at the King George County Convenience Centers during certain times of the year. Please contact Solid Waste and Recycling for more information.
9. How can I schedule a fire truck and/or ambulance to attend my function?
You may fill out the Public Education Request Form or contact Fire/Rescue Headquarters at 540-775-8906 and leave a detailed message at least two weeks in advance. Our Public Education Coordinator will contact you within a few days.
10. Can the Fire Department fill my well or swimming pool?
No. Fire Departments can only fill wells and swimming pools in they are certified to haul potable water, which we are not. You will have to contact a pool contractor or other water hauling company for more information.
11. Will the Fire Department take old cars and trucks for donation?
