4pm Burning Law in Effect
February 15 - April 30
Burning Law in Brief:
No burning until after 4pm if within 300ft of woodland or grass and brushland leading into woodland.
Fire must be attended at all times if within 150ft of woodland or grass or brushland leading into woodland.
No fuel may be added or fire rekindled after midnight.
Law applies to camp fires, warming fires, brush piles, household trash, stumps, fields of broom straw and brush or anything capable of spreading fire.
