King George County Parks and Recreation, through each of the King George Elementary Schools, offers a before and after-school care program, ages K – 5th. Supervised activities will include games, sports, crafts, fitness, and homework assistance. This program is meant to instill character, education and fitness. Other than the use of the school facilities, this program is not a King George Public School program.
A half-hour is designated every day for homework and reading time. NOTE: On holidays, the program is closed. On designated half-days, there is no after-school program. On delayed openings, there is no before-school program, and no after-school program for early dismissals.
Early Registration for the 2026-27 School Year Begins April 20th.
