King George Parks and Recreation
This bootcamp runs for six weeks, 3 days per week and is led by a Certified Personal Trainer. The bootcamp gives participants an eating program that will be specifically outlined and suggest for you to follow. Participants also get a before an after assessment and photo to track their progress throughout the session. The 45 minute routine includes special classes such as yoga, pilates, boxing fitness, and much more. Every class will include cardio and strength training.
